"The Reasons We Ride" PRODUCTION - 2010

We have been involved in the Minnesota Red Ribbon Ride since the beginning, capturing photos and video even before we formed Life Image, LLC. As a proud sponsor, we have donated all of our work and proceeds to support this important event. In 2010, we went even further and dedicated ourselves to completing a larger production we’ve always wanted to do… “the Reasons we Ride.”

Every rider, crew member, volunteer and supporter has their own reason to be involved in the Minnesota Red Ribbon Ride. Ultimately, it’s to make a difference in the lives of those impacted by HIV/AIDS, through amazing organizations that are funded by the event.

The beneficiaries are “the Reasons we Ride.”

Pre-production concept work began in May, which included plans for the “Thank You” video which would be shown at Opening Ceremonies. We traveled to beneficiary locations over 10 shooting days in June. Post-production work was completed the night before the ride started and “the Reasons we Ride” premiered as a 30-minute informational documentary at Friends & Family night in Northfield.

This Video Library has individual beneficiary segments from “the Reasons we Ride”, as well as other recent videos we’ve produced for the Minnesota Red Ribbon Ride. We will make available a free DVD of the complete video and individual segments to anyone who would like to promote the work of these great organizations and the efforts of those involved in the Minnesota Red Ribbon Ride.
