MINNESOTA AIDS WALK

EVENT:  MAY 16, 2010

This year is our first year to join the Minnesota AIDS Project's AIDS Walk, presented by ING.  Its 23rd annual event raises funds and awareness in the ongoing struggle against HIV. On May 16, thousands of concerned Minnesotans will get together at Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis to provide support that the Minnesota AIDS Project needs to maintain critical programming and important prevention education.

Founded in 1983, the Minnesota AIDS Project is a statewide, nonprofit agency committed to enhancing the lives of people living with HIV, prevention education for those at risk for HIV, and advocating for the rights of all affected by HIV. From community outreach and legal consultation to emergency financial assistance, The Minnesota AIDS Project is a leader in the fight against HIV and your support of the AIDS Walk ensures this important work will continue.
